Where is my free hat

28 09 2008

Okay, I’m finding some of these “how to be a medical writer” blogs kind of helpful and full of hints, but seriously it’s just being mean to rub in that I don’t have a fancy schmancy medical writing hat.

Insensitivity aside, Medical Writing 101 is full of good introductory explanations, but does appear to have slowed a little. But obviously medical writing is busy work.

Clear Medical Writing also has lots of good advice about how to improve your writing that has definitely been helpful.

Below the fold, more interesting blogs beyond medical writing, welcome to the expanded blogroll:

A Free Man

Grammar Girl

Improbable Research

Microbiology Bytes

Unreasonable Faith

Nico’s Notepad

The End of the Pier Show

Evil Mad Science Laboratories

Critical Mass

ER Stories

Biochemical Soul

Further blog make-overs to come.

And yes I am enjoying my new job even if I don’t get a special hat.
